I only offer telehealth services for those who prefer remote sessions or cannot attend in-person appointments. Telehealth sessions are conducted through a HIPAA compliant platform.
I am taking insurance and cash pay. I am currently accepting Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross of CA, Blue Shield of CA, and Cigna/Evernorth. If you do not have any of the insurances listed above I can provide you with a superbill which is a receipt, however, you must call your insurance and ask what your out-of-network benefits are to see if they will reimburse you.

The length of therapy varies depending on the individual’s needs and goals. Some people may benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require longer-term support. I will work with you to develop a personalized plan.
